MARSA ALAM |

|
Marsa Alam is described in many tourist guides as a
fishing village on Egypt's Red Sea coast, however, with it's new International
airport, it is quickly becoming the place to holiday on Egypt's Red Sea
Riviera. Crystal clear turquoise waters, coral reefs, spectacular dive sites
and splendid marine life, it is a haven for divers and water sports
enthusiasts.
Although this, Egypt's Southern-most resort is relatively new, there are
several high quality luxury hotels awaiting the discerning tourist who wants to
get away from it all and relax, whilst enjoying the breath taking beautiful
beaches with sand as far as the eye can see. With the Red Sea Mountains nearby,
forming a splendidly beautiful backdrop to this unique location, you will
witness some of the most picturesque sunrises and sunsets you have ever seen
Despite the nightlife being exclusively hotel-based, you will still be able to
soak up the atmosphere and culture by taking part in a traditional Egyptian
evening, with delicious food and sweet tea, whilst trying the famous shisha
(water pipe) and watching the whirling dervishes perform their incredible
centuries old dances.
If you are looking for somewhere different, away from the mainstream tourist
resorts, this is certainly it.
